In Switzerland we speak not only German!

Hi, I have an account in Switzerland and my profile in the Settings says my language is English. Nevertheless I receive all communication from PayPal folks in German (a default language for this country). It doesn't serve me well as I don't read German. Tried to see if I could find a way to change this to English or French and nope, couldn't find such an option.
Already tried to contact them 10 times, without any answer. I feel so angry every time I get the monthly "Ihre monatliche Kontoübersicht ist da" mail. And when I'm inside PP site, often when I click on any link, the new web pages switch in German language. Impossible to change it.
In my profile I've selected ENGLISH as my default language, and that should be considered for ALL!!!! Mails, web sites, communications, EVERYTHING!
I don't know what can I do more than that. I even sent the monthly mail as declared as phishing. Just to see if there is a reaction... NOTHING!
Do you think PP is serious enough if it doesn't take care of complaints from many customers?
Do they understand that in multi-language countries (Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, and many others), the most used language in the country is NOT KNOWN (or not well enough) by many other people living in the same country?
WHEN WILL PP FOLKS CHANGE THAT?
Any advice would be welcomed.
