I have seen many posts online about it working with Paypal which is why I setup an account with them in the first place. I am often out of the US and need a pure online solution.
I have set everything up with them, but now, when I try to register it, it will not go through.
Just use Google Wallet. PayPal won't send money to Ally (even though it's their job to send money to other accounts) because they're competitors in online banking/finances. I have an Ally account as well, and Google Wallet is way easier to transfer money than PayPal anyway.
