Hello! Good day to all. First, this is my situation. I have a master debit card that I want to link to paypal. The one who funds the card is my company since it is basically my atm, meaning the only source of cash from it is the salary I get from the company. Now my questions are. I tried to link my debit card to paypal (I ask our accounting dept. and they told me thats its okay to link it in paypal, they don't own the account, they just send my salary on there tho). Now, to whose address will I put in the "billing address tab", mine or my company? I was thinking thos is the reason why upto until now no code is sent to me. Just to double check, the code will appear in my paypal account right? In the activities section? or in my bank statement? Also, I am not having any error messages aside that the 4 digit code is not sent to me yet. Plus, it is almost a week now since I tried linking it and untill this moment I am still waiting for the code. I am planning to ask to resend the code but thinking that this will happen again, it will still be a big waste of money if ever I try to ask to resend the code and then paypal will charge me again. Lastly, I am thinking paypals customer service regarding on this kind of problems are low (except for this community maybe). Whenever I try to contact them by message they only answer with a automatic answering computer. Big hastle cause it doesn't even help me a bit. And calling overseas is very expensive. Any of you can suggest a way I could contact their chat support? Hope someone here could help me. I really need to use paypal ASAP. Sorry for the long post by the way.
