I recently moved to Netherlands from Germany. How can I add a new address/cards from Netherlands while keeping old cards and address from Germany?
Problem is, In the new address page it does not show country tab to select and also the Postcode is different in different countries (consist of 5 letters in Germany vs 4letters in Netherlands).
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
