PayPal Australia Community Help Forum??

Can anybody tell me if there is a PayPal Australia Community Help Forum that deals with specific issues relating to Australia only PayPal products like "PayPal Here"?

I have a technical issue which is driving crazy and the regular PayPal Service/Tech end have not been helpful and have passed the buck.

No, sorry.  There is no AU PayPal forum.

But if you go to this AU PayPal Here page, it has a 1-800 number you can call: 

https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/accept-mobile-payments

There's also links guides and how-to vids on the page as well.
