I have an account limitation and cannot get the money from paypal to my bank account. I sent them the copies of ID but they said they are not clear enough but when I look at them, they are very very clear. I provided my passport in which I was asked for my passport number? I just have this ID.
Why cant they use this document since the photo is clear.
