Paypal SMS Payment

I'm trying to deduct money from my Mobile Phone, to add balance to my paypal, But it seems like my messages aren't even going through to 729725, it just says "Failed to send message" I've tried this twice in the past week and nothing.

I am using this method https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/mobile/mobile-text if you aren't aware of it yet.

Is there a possible fix for this? My phone carrier is Three, and i'm located in the United Kingdom

Is it possible for the sms to start working again? It's the only way to top up money to my account.

This method is 100% working.....for US residents.

UK shortcodes are 5 digits long not 6.

The reason your texts are failing is because you cant text US premium numbers
