Paypal - verify my skype cell phone number

My cell phone number is from Skype, which means I can't receive SMS.

How I am supposed to verify this cell phone number?

If you selected "Mobile" for your phone, PayPal expects that you can accept SMS messaging.  Something to try - change the phone type to "Home" or "Work".
