Photo ID keeps being rejected

This is an outrage.

This issue has not been resolved for three weeks now. I have provided all the requested information to lift the limitations of my account, and Paypal keeps asking me for the same information again and again. I have sent you my photo ID as proof of identity and a utility bill as proof of address. Both of these documents are in greek, and so is my name on my Paypal account. You are responsible for translating the information, therefore I cannot understand why it is so difficult for you to accept that. The first time I uploaded my ID, you replied that the name was in English, which is totally untrue and unacceptable. As I said, both are in greek. The second time, you re[lied that my ID has expired. This is also unacceptable. The document I sent you is valid and it has not an expiration date on it, as per the greek law. Furthermore, there in no new upload form for any new information on the Paypal site and I cannot send you my driving license even if I wanted to.

Paypal customer support is the worst ever. They reply once a week and each time it is a different person, to whom I have to explain everything from the start. I want this issue to be resolved immediately and I want all limitations on my account to be lifted. I do not understand why I have to make a phonecall to the customer support to clear this out. But you leave no other choice. It is as if you do not want to help me with this problem.

I expect your answer as soon as possible.

I have the exact same problem. I have a Greek ID and paypal keeps rejecting it because  "The document you supplied had already expired. Please provide us with new valid documentation that proves your identity."

I Greece, id cards do not expire!

Are we the only Greek customers here?

They never answer to emails. I had to make a phonecall to resolve the issue. I also sent them my driving license.
