Sending an utility Bill

I just want to know, about sending an utility bill, to confirm my billing address. the thing is that, it's on my grandmother's name, not mine but we live together, so is it okay to send pics of utility bill anyway? please let me know

No.

You need to show you are paying a bill based on your residence location.  Utility bills also show some financial responsibility. 

Why not take over the utilties for the home where you live?  Transfer the utilities to your name and accept responsibility for your housing.

You see that's the thing actually. I live with my parents and granny and with my brother, and my granny owns that flat. So I guess I'm out of luck then?

Correct, you need to comply with PayPal's identity and security polcies if you want to have a PayPal account.

gas bill,who pays gas?

I dont know if cable is considered utility?

how about water bill?

well everything, she pays everything 😞 that's the problem. It's her aparment. If I try to explain paypal support that, are there any chances that they will accept that utility bill? I will also try providing bank statement too but don't know if it will help 😞

Is bank statement for a local bank and is it in your name and address?

What about your income tax front page for 2015?  Does it show your current address?

Yes I believe so, bank statement shows my address and name yes. It's from my local bank.
