Shipping Charges Not Showing Up Consistently when checking out with PayPal Express from WooCommerce

My website using Wordpress Avada 5.0 with WooCommerce version 2.6.9 sometimes does NOT charge for shipping during a paypal express checkout. Can anyone help me figure out what I have set up wrong? I do not have any Paypal Shipping details setup and the site does most of the time pass this info into the total but it NEVER shows up on the PayPal checkout page see attached example. I appreaciate any help!!!

Hi 75ChromeShop,

ExpressCheckout process all the parameters that are passed from your module/website, like for example the amount and the shipping costs. If you see the shipping costs in your website, the screenshot you attached, it does not mean that this value is passed to ExpressCheckout.

If you open a request ticket we can check your API calls and see if all the parameters are correctly passed.

To open a ticket click on https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/ and on the bottom you will find "Contact Support".
