I chose shutl for delivery of some items I'm selling on eBay. I've since discovered I have to set up a billing agreement via PayPal to pay for it. I have hunted through the PayPal, eBay and Shutl websites to find out how to set one up. The only information I can find is that I have to set one up. I'm going spare! Can anyone help?
Good question - you create the billing agreement the first time you checkout with the merchant, which you will have to accept during the payment process. This will allow future transactions to the merchant automatically. I hope this helps!

But you cannot check out with the merchant (Shutl) from the 'create label' page until you have set up an account with them and there appears to be no way to set up an account.
