Long story short, I decided to give a recurring game subscription via Steam. To do this, I set up the recurring payment in his game account. I no longer have access to that as the password was changed before I could remove the recurring payment option. To ensure that Steam cannot bill my PayPal any longer, I made all recurring payments "inactive" in PayPal. I have no doubt that the game will try to bill me again through Steam, but I want to make sure - so long as there no active recurring payment in PayPal, will PayPal reject the attempt to re-bill?
(I'm not worried about him having any of my PayPal info. He doesn't have access to that)
