I am trying to switch my business account to a personal account. I have no need for my account to be business. I must have switched it a long time ago and since it’s a business account It is telling me to put in stuff like my SSN.

You can downgrade it but unfortunately there is no automatic option, you have to call customer services and they will do it for you.
Advice is voluntary.
