i have an LLC in the united state but i am not a Us resident, i have my EIN and also ITIN, however as a US bank account i have just PAYONEER, otherwise i have a Bank account in LITHUANIA.
my question is can i activate my LLC' Us paypal business with my Lithuanian bank and visa card or it is ok to use Payoneer

I dont think PAYPAL does business with PAYONEER Bank,
Paypal will eventually ask for your SS number since It is an US Paypal account,having a LLC in USA and not being in USA and not a US citizen or resident will get your account restricted and your money locked up.
