Hello all.....my question is this....
I recently got a new laptop and when trying to log in to Paypal on it, Paypal wanted to confirm it was me by texting my phone.
I want to change this step in my account settings to be notified in this type of situation to my EMAIL address. That is they way i have all other bank, and credit cards setup.
I do NOT see any way to change this in my settings......Please help!!
Again instead of trying to notify me thru a phone #, i want to be notified thru email address.
