Using Paypal as a "bank account"?

I was wondering. I am enjoying using Paypal so much for my business... andI love keeping some in the account at all times. In fact, I'd love to keep even more. Is it okay to do that? Treat it as a savings account? Are there any limits with keeping money in a paypal account? Or is this unwise?
There is just something so very psychological going on with me here, where i never touch the money unless i'm supposed to for transactions. When its in a bank ... well ... I'm overly tempted to spend it.

Paypal is not a bank,it keeps your money and other members money in a bank account or accounts under its name, internally we are sub accounts within Paypal account and only Paypal knows it is our money.
it pays no interest and its customer service is non existant, why does anyone wish to keep more money in his Paypal account ,it could get restricted ,it could be hacked.
