What's going to happen if I lied about my age on a business account

I mad a Redbubble and I only made four dollars on it. I somehow got it upgraded to business acount, and then it has my social security number and it asked for proof of age (I'm 15) and I wasn't thinking straight and I sent it in. I read that I am going to go to jail for it and I'm super paranoid, help. I want to close the account now.
