Whats does Auto-withdrawal mean when it's written on Credit card?. Does it mean whenever I recive any paypal balance it'll auto withdrawal it to my Credit card?, if so how to turn it off?

PayPal also has a feature for India Accounts called Auto Withdraw. This has been done by paypal to follow guidelines of governing authorities. Seems it can't be turned on or off. I don't know if that apply for Egypt too.
but my visa card doesn't accept withdraw from paypal the bank says. so what will happen to the money, stay on the account or what ?
