Hello. I have a problem with PayPal account. Some time ago i've made an account with wrong date of birth. I have used this account normally, i've accumulated earnings on it and one day i received a limitation because of funds limit. So PayPal asked me for ID and address proof. I haven't showed them that because on my ID i have +1 year than there is on PayPal account. I'm worried that if i them ID with different date of birth, they will block the account and not unfreeze the funds. Can anyone help me?

Why did you use a +1 year birth date?
Are you over 18?
You would need to phone PayPal support for help. It is uncertain how it will turn out. If you are under 18 then your account will be limited and you funds locked.

Yes i'm over 18. I just added wrong number by mistake. When i'm on the verification page (on ID submission page) i see that you can set up birth date, but i'm affraid that's not enough.
