I bought an iWatch on eBay. I was regularly commnicating with the seller about it. The iWatch was locked to an account. I tried to coach the seller throught the process of removing it from their account. I expected the situation to be resolved. The situation as not been resolved. I have a useless iWatch.
Do I have any recourse at all from PayPal or eBay?
I acted in good faith all along and used ebay messages to communicate.
Any help would be great
thanks!

You have 180 days to file with Ebay-item not as described.and state you want to return the item or expect a partial refund..
Seller should send you a return label ,if not,get Ebay involved and it will send you a return label and charge the postage to the seller account

Always file with Ebay first, for item not as described/domestic order, seller would pay for return shipping/
If you file with Paypal, then you pay return shipping.
