Restoring Account Balance

I got a negative balance of 49p and about 30GBP pending
when i want to restore the balance via my bankaccount it shows me 0.00
when i want to buy something on ebay PayPal wants to add the 0.49 GBP to the invoice of the seller, which is fine by me only it gives me an error message at the check out.
my pending money will be released two weeks into January but i want use my PayPal today because I won an auction - what now?????

You can't use pending funds until they have cleared.

i know as much 
I DO want to restore it but Paypal sends me errors if i want to telling me i cant refund a greater amount onto my account than i owe them, then telling me i am 0.00 in the negatives

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via "add funds" if you choose the faster method it should be done quickly.

2. Get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).

As you are talking in sterling i am presuming you are in the UK even though you are posting on the US forum?
