I bought an item that was $106.95 with my $107 giftcard. Ebay's FAQ said that my remaining $0.05 should be in my paypal account. I check the paypal wallet and it says $0.00. I also never linked a debit, credit card, or a back account yet to my paypal account. I just made the account to make purchases on ebay. Although I know that $0.05 isn't much but I'm worried if I buy an other gift card and use it the remaining balance will also be missing. Any way I can get my $0.05 back? Thanks.
