I got this on ebay:

"Your payment is still processing If your payment is declined for some reason, you’ll see your items under Awaiting payment in My eBay. You should then try your payment again. "

I don't get it. I just got paid not long ago and I have been having issues with papal payments. At first the payments gave me issues and now one of them are pending. Fix your servers PayPal!

I am getting the same thing. I have ued PayPal for YEARS and have never seen so many problems as the last few monts. At first I thought it was an eBay checkout problem but eBay CS said when this happens sellers need to send invoices to buyers through PayPal. Not being satisfied with that answer I went to PayPal CS and they said "Oh, yes! We are getting that quite often even with long time customers with good accounts like you". I pushed a little further and she admitted it was a "system issue IN PAYPAL". She said the only "workaround" (her words) was to request the seller send me an invoice through PayPal because that reportedly works. My seller is suspicious of course because eBay specifically says in their auction conformation email: "Beware of anyone who contacts you about buying or selling outside of eBay. When you trade outside of eBay, you're not able to leave feedback or take advantage of protection programs and case resolution tools available on eBay."

You cannot send any email addresses through eBay Messaging.

When you pay a Money Request you are bypassing eBay Checkout, your My eBay page won't show payment and neither will the seller's.

You are also voiding eBay Buyer Protection coverage, though you will have PayPal's

The Pay For eBay Items subtabs have been disabled for two years and all eBay payments are supposed to go through eBay Checkout.  Why they disabled that work around is beyond me since it was often the only way to get payment to go through. eBay Checkout has been glitchy since Day One....

Dear Paypal Community,

I tried to pay an item i bought on ebay on 2/4/2013 and  got the message:
"Your payment is still processing If your payment is declined for some reason, you’ll see your items under Awaiting payment in My eBay.
You should then try your payment again."
I log on to Paypal and i see no transaction details at all for 2/4/2013!
I communicate with the Seller and he message me his email address to pay him.
I tried to pay directly the Seller through Paypal on 3/4/2013 but the transfer was denied as the money is being held from my credit card and as i mentioned above i see no transaction activity on 2/4/2013!
I really need any help here as this is the first time i am having this problem!
How can i have my money back?
Could this be a fake Seller?How he managed to write his email on an ebay message?
Can someone help me on this issue please?
I know it is not my problem because i have successfully completed two more transactions after this!

I have had the same problem - and it is not my bank account! Note that the default payment option has also changed to using a credit card - it used to draw from bank account on default, because there are no fees for that. My guess is that EBay/Paypal is now getting a cut of the credit card fees and is using this as a way to make it harder to pay by any other method.
