buyer waited until package was shipped to open dispute

I had a buyer who did not make payment for at least a week, then once they made payment, I shipped the item 3 days later ( following monday) and they immediately opened a dispute with no communication. I happened to log into my paypal account and noticed there was an issue.
I have never had this happen and do not want any cases closed without resolution and i dont want to get a mark on ebay account for refunding payment.
Id like to contact paypal and ask questions but i dont know if that will escalate the case just asking questions. Im completely confused on what to do
The address on her ebay account matches the paypal address and it shows delivered. Does that mean she has no case and i should just provide tracking info? I havent even done that because i just want the problem gone even if that means refunding the buyer. I just dont want it to have any negative affect on my ebay account
Can anyone explain this process to me?

Why would refunding a buyer be negative?
BUT if the dispute is at the dispute stage and she has not escalated it to a claim then just bide your time, if she does not escalate it then it should time out at 20 days.
If she has filed for non receipt then if you supply a tracking number that proves delivery of the item then if she escalates you should win anyway.
Reply to the dispute with the tracking number and state that as she has received the item can she close the dispute. Add the tracking number to the dispute and the transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
