has anyone else had their ebay charity $ given to the incorrect charity this month. I give to St. Jude's hospital and my giving
for June was earmarked for some charity i never heard of. i tried to get it straightened out -- unsuccessful !! after an hour on the phone with ebay and paypal.
Did you ever receive a reply from eBay or PayPal about your issue?
Around the same time you encountered your donation problem, I attempted to allocate a percentage of a sale I made on eBay to one of my usual charities, and none of them were listed! Trying to find out how to rectify, but it isn't easy!!!
I hope you were able to find a way to continue giving to St. Jude.
I just read an article stating that there has been a class action suit filed by Terry Kass for a similar reason. Feb. 28, 2017.
i am trying to find out if the charity I listed on my eBay sales where I donated to the Alzheimers Association via Parpal Giving Fund was received by my designated charity. I cannot figure out how to to this through the PP site so I am in the process of contacting the charity directly.
I am also trying to get a form or letter for my taxes, saying I made the donation. Pay Pal hasn't helped when I phoned customer service.
