My debit card was blocked last year by paypal as i made a mistake entering the last 3 digits, not realising i had selected a different card, anyway, paypal asked me to send photo ID etc, tried this and the link wouldnt work. Only just trying to set it up again and when i try to add the card, all it says is ''sorry, unable to do this at this time'' or whatever the wording is.. with no link for further help or anything. Im totally a loss as to how i can link this card up again. please help 😕

It sounds like your card has been disabled. We will do this if we have a concern about the security of using it. In most cases we can get this sorted for you once we are sure that things are safe. All you would need to do is give us a call. You will find our phone number by clicking 'Help and Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal page.
