Since my cousin's last login he has forgotten the password (when he thought it right). He reset it with his email then it asked him for mobile verification but he cannot do this as he has since changed his number. He called them and got nowhere (with automated voice)
I'm doing my bit here to help him. With something so small you'd think PP could rectify it in no time but no. I've saw homeless shelters with better customer service.

Thats the importance of keeping your contact information up to date on Paypal.
As its a small thing it would have been sorted instantly if he had done so.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
