FRAUD OR NOT?

hi!

im from Philippines and this is my first time using paypal. I just dont know what to do when that email add (service @ intl.paypal. com) appears on my SPAM. i dont know if that was from your team or just a scam. I have a buyer from south africa, he teaches me how to use paypal.at first, i am trusting him since he was kind enough to teach me. but sooner, when my parcel arrived on south africa, service @ intl.paypal. com emails me and requiring me to pay CUSTOM BILL of php6,000 and a compensation fee of php 1,000. For that issue, i paid it for the reason i will be having my money back after the transaction. after a few more days, service @ intl.paypal. com emailed me again to pay for IMPORTATION and VAT which worths php12,000, a compensation fee of php1,500, and another php 1,500 for the western union. They asked me to pay the sum via WESTERN UNION on the same name which i paid the first payment (custom bill) named PHELETSO SADNACIOUS KHAIYANE. i was cofused when this second payment is on a different address but on the same name of a person. CUSTOM also called me to pay those for about 24-48 hrs only. I need your help. Im in doubt. IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING?

THIS IS A TYPICAL NIGERIA SCAM.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.

It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.

They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

Or they tell you that you need to pay a "shipping agent" for them via western union and they will pay you extra for that.

But if you think about it why would paypal tell you to use a rival service ie western union !!!

Most scams originate from Nigeria and people there cannot even own a paypal account.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send a payment via western union etc.

no.they asked too much.i dont send them the money but emAiled them i have it sent on western union.then they asked again on the copy of the transaction details.they are crazy!!

DO NOT DO IT.i already made my mistake.its a scam . Did he also told you that the message from paypal will go directly on your Spam if not in inbox?

He didn't tell me that yet, but they gave me a deadline until tomorrow to send the money in Western Union and if i will not going to send the money, the item will be destroy..So, how can the receiver get the item?

They also told me that but its a lie. they already have the parcel. they already have my phone when i called my courier. The courier told me that they already received the parcel. I am telling you that do not believe in them! its a scam!!

they are just rushing you with that deadline and threatened to destroy. if i may ask,they told you that they will provide the shipping fee a lot higher than the usual fee?and told to pay you again of another amount of money because of the compensation damages?thats exaclty what they've asked me. DO NOT DO IT! where Are you from?
