Help - Internet exporer keeps crashing when trying to log into my PayPal account

IE10 Windows 8

Cannot log into my account as IE keeps crashing !

All we can suggest is to try another browser, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.  Don't think it's a PayPal issue per say.   We ran into an issue with IE not working with anything quite right on one of our systems, tried all the basic stuff like resetting IE, re-installing, etc.  As we really did not want to completely re-image the computer, we switched to Firefox.

My IE 10 Keep crashing when I try to access Paypal as well.  I am also using IE 10 on Windows 8.

Perhaps your tech team should investigate to see what crashes our browsers, after all IE is still the biggest browser and as a developer, I understand how we must sometimes undertake the task of checking these technical glitches out.

I have the exact same issue.  IE10, Windows 8.  It is not an IE issue, as it does not crash on any other site, only Paypal.

If that was a Paypal rep suggesting to use another browser, that really does not say much for you as a company.  Passing the buck is not an okay solution to a problem.  That would be just like saying, Paypal doesn't work, why not just use GoogleWallet instead?

Try uninstalling Microsoft SilverLight ... I had the same issue.

its simple this happening because paypal use animated background with flash and internet explorer is crap since they made it.

all comes to the fact that those people who sitting in office and drinking coffe und watching whole day wisual basic basically cannot make simple thing that will works only they take salary every month.

login screen should not be dumped with advert animated syff or flash or java and internet explorer can be made better than other browswer just because they are giant.

what is the point to be an elephant and use brain from ant?

if opera or mozilla can make better browsers than microsoft who has limitles amount of money then what is the point to run huge business and drain such a big amount for those who only have vacuum insted of brain...

computing wass beter in 80s and 90s because the greediness was less.

no one pushed adverts that much like now days
