can anyone help solve this problem. Pay Pal is supposed to make like easier and safer and this is making things more difficult and much more time consuming.
This would seem to be a localised issue .I would suggest you clear the cache and cookies on your browser and make sure you have accepted all update on your Internet Explorer. If it still persists please reach out to Microsoft for assistance.
