I was looking at my Santander a/c yesterday and noticed an unfamiliar PP purchase? of £20.66. This is not showing in my PP a/c. Santander say it looks legit, what do I do next? TIA.

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your paypal account then of course it won't show on your paypal account.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement as you would have paid as a 'guest buyer'.

Well its no different than finding out anything you buy with a credit card.
You look on your card statement and ask them for more info if you need it and want to query a transaction.

Obviously! The first thing I did was ask Santander to identify the source. They advised me to contact PP. Just how in hell do you contact them? it would be easien to contact Lord Lucan.
