One Touch - stay logged in

I want to turn off the Stay Logged In feature but after searching every link and help file I can not find a solution. I read one message about using the security link at the top of the page but the only security link I have is at the bottom of the page and it was not helpful. Any help would be much appreciated.

ok the best way to deactivate it is to just change your paypal password   Smiley Happy

OR  >>>

You can easily deactivate One TouchTM by turning it off within your PayPal account. Just log in at www.paypal.co.uk and go to your Profile, click the Security tab, and then edit the “Stay Logged in for Faster Purchases” option. Business account users can deactivate One TouchTM by clicking the Profile icon and selecting “Log out of all devices” from the drop down menu.

Other alternative methods to deactivate /revoke One Touch are:

  • Call PayPal Customer Service
  • Clear cookies
  • On changing your password, PayPal automatically revokes consent
  • PayPal can force ‘Show Login’ for suspicious activity or if a transaction bears higher risk
  • You can turn it off in your PayPal account settings

Not sure what you mean, do you mean you don't want your password saved on paypal any longer on your computer OR you don't want your ebay and paypal accounts linked or??

I just placed an order using Paypal and clicked on a button that said something like "One Touch Stay Logged In". I later discovered that I turned on an option that keeps me logged in **bleep** to using my password each time I log in instead of being logged in continuously.

I don't know why my reply had a "bleep" in it but what I said was, it keeps me logged in continuously now. I want to go back to entering my password each time I log in.
