Report the email immediately to PayPal by phone and tell them what you've done. PayPal never ever ask for this information at all unless you're on their website and you've authorised for this information to be changed. What was their email?. To answer your question on it they got your details it all depends on wherever or not you was on a fake website wear they have a key logging tool on that site, my guess they do but not always. Was it on a website or email that you entered your information.

it was via website.

had the option next and it get to another webpage, after that submit to creditcard.

i put the information and clicked next. but stopped at credit card page.

after that i changed my password to be sure.

what i am believing. it hasn't send the information to their server. because i believe it has an script that only send all information when submit the final chapter.

after i have done this mistake i read who has send it: PayPal <noreply-servicesppintmailsdriveshostingscloudsr@delopermines-webhostpro.live.com>;
