Phone number format

Hello,

I'm having trouble in writing the right phone number format. I am receiving the same message, that my phone number is not valid.

What is the correct phone number format? I've tried with +34 1234 and 0034 12345, with and without space between the prefix and the phone number and it's not working.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

When you are entering your phone number on PayPal the country code should not be included. As you choose your country when signing up we will automatically add this for you. Since you are including the country code that is why you are getting an error message.

PayPal (system) is confusing:

Reason: for switzerland / area basle, I have to enter 61 123 45 67 (without "0"), PayPal shows the number later as 061 123 45 67

Suggestion: Paypal should add an info field with explanantion + examples !

i have the same problem and it doesn´t work like you said, my phone number is from El Paso, Texas, how can i put it??
