My debit card details have been used to purchase items through paypal. The transactions appear on my bank statement can these payments be frozen or is paypal able to identify the account the card has been used on?
If your card has been used without your knowledge outside of your PayPal account we recommend reporting it to your card issuer. Once reported, PayPal is then notified by your card issuer.
