It ask me to confirm my identity so I show them my passport and bank statement together with my user name etc. The green box ticks it and says paypal will contact me within 2-3 working days. When I go back onto it, it keeps telling me to provide the details. I have done this 4 times now and it keeps coming back that i have to re do it but I am given no reason why. Does any one know ?
