Wrong account name and addess

hi, I'm hoping somebody can help me, on the 1/1/16 I purchased an item from ,Izabel London, I paid by PayPal. ,I was so busy Trying to clear rubbish up I never checked it, so I just naturally thought it would be okay omg how wrong can you be. As I had heard nothing by Sunday I decided to check. When I looked on the order it had account name as Boots Chemist and the delivery address as Boots Chemist.
i have today tried to purchase an item from the same company and sure enough up came Boots Chemist.
it is only with this company as I have checked all my other purchases and they all have the right name and address on. Mi had bought something from Boots but that was days before and I had made other purchases after that and they were okay.
can anybody tell me how this happened, I'm totally confused.
