I have this message
You have reached the maximum of three outstanding log requests. Please wait for one of current requests to complete before requesting a new one.
It does not clear from processing hence the 3 attempts
I have contacted before to have this error cleared and it worked for 1 day
I reallly need this to work as I create address and order sheets from the csv file in generates
does anybody have any ideas why it gets stuck on processing, i only download 1 days worth and its only about 10 sales
