I have received an email from PayPal it is addressed to me with my full name paypal logo etc the layout is exactly the same as the receipt confirmations you get from PayPal with the transaction ID and everything on however the emails are in German! They have my name but with a delivery address in Germany, I can see where the item had been purchased from I.e it's a carpet. I also received one last week however it was for car parts, I forwarded it as a spoof to paypal an email came straight back however that was in German so I couldn't read it, I then emailed paypal directly and still have not yet received a response, what should I do? It doesn't look like any activity on my paypal account I have also checked my ebay where the items were purchased and there is nothing in the history, but why is it my name and coming to my registered email
