Hi, I'm having trouble accessing my old paypal account. I contacted paypal though this new paypal account as i dont have access to my old phone number and the security question do not seem to be working on my old account, but i do have access to the email address associated with that old paypal account.
Ive just started reselling and all auctions were listed with my new paypal account buy halfway though listing the auction payment address somehow reverted to the old paypal account, once i realised i adjusted the 5 auctions so payments came to the new one. seems i missed one and ive been paid and dispatched that listing.
The phone number on my old paypal account doesnt seem familer and my security questions ar'nt working. But i can get the verification code on the first part of the 2 stage account recovery as i have access to that email address.
So i need to verify my identity for the account via posting a copy of physical ID process or another way, but im unable to contact human representative and there isnt a option in the automated phone system.
I've tried contacting paypal though the email system with my new paypal account but all ive had so far is 3 automated replys to this problem.
Could you please advise.
