printing paypal transactions

I need to find all my Paypal transactions so I can print them. I'm sure this is easy to do, but  not for me!!!

Can anyone help please.

Click the view all my transactions button in the top right of your statement view. The you have the option of choosing dates of the transactions you are looking for. So if you need all transactions since last April you can select last April until todays date .. You can also specify specific transaction types i.e sent/received etc ..

If you need to print the specific details of an individual transaction then click the details tab on the right hand side of the transaction and simply click print page on your browser tool bar. I find it helps if doing this to hold shift when you left click your mouse so it pulls up the individual transaction in a seperate window .. Then click print and close it down. You do not have to wait for the statement to load back up this way and you can move quickly on to the next one. Simples 😉

But how do I print the invoice page of a specific date? I don't want to have to print each transaction separately. I have many transactions made during one day. Thanks!

Google "Breeze Order Management System" .  This tool allows you to download all your PayPal Transactions.

Maybe you can, but only if you are prepared to pay for it in advance without even having the chance to test it !!! 

If you want to test it to see if it suits your needs, the free downloadable version is of no use whatsoever as it only lets you download from the current day, complete waste of time !!!

Just bring up the transaction page up on screen,  right click on mouse and then select "print"     Vola

That doesn't work, it will only print the first page on screen.

Anyone know how to print the whole activity period?

Why does PayPal make it so difficult to print a monthly statement, all other banks and credit cards make this simple, I am seriously considering leaving Pay Pal unless they re introduce a print button as I cannot afford the time wasted in messing about with their atrocious website layout.

Print page is useless as it only shows a few transactions, I need the whole month to reconcile my accounts!!!!!
