this format as from egypt

and paypal ask me verfay number by txt and when say ok sending txt sms

not recive

When entering your phone number, you don't need to enter the "0" at the start, as your country code will be automatically entered. I would advise re-adding the phone number without the 0 in front as this should resolve the issue.
