Hello. I'm concerned and confused about what has happened. I bought a 50 dollar visa gift card in order to purchase something i wanted on teh internet. The place said i needed a paypal account to purchase what i wanted. So i created a paypal and entered teh gift card info and my info on it. It sent me something about proof of identification or something liek that. It charged 1.95 from my gift card and sent me a code to enter to make teh card work. so i entered the code i recieved and i got my 1.95 back. But i still got the other 48 dollars in my gift card. I need to get it all into my paypal account so i can buy the thing i needed to buy. I never recieved the rest of teh gift card money back into my paypal. Please help if you can. This is important to me.
