I do not use a credit card. I purchase the Green Dot Money packs and load my Pay Pal account that way. I have made several purchases and my computer recently crashed on me. Now I am having to go back through my account to get the receipt information for my purchases. There is no transction history of money added and no transactions for purchases I have made since May of 2009. when I do a history search nothing is listed. How can I get my transaction history?
Is it possible that you may have another PayPal account where the GreenDot MoneyPaks were added? You may want to give our Customer Service a call. They would be able to search our system to see if this might be the case.
