Problem with my paypal account [India]

Hello,

Actually i'm new to paypal so recently i have verfied my paypal with my Bank account..

actually i'm a student i dont have any credit card ..

so my problem is , i cannot see add funds option on my paypal account..

ADD Funds option is not visible...i have verifed my account why cant i see it ...

and do i need a credit card to link my account so that i can see that option.. actually i need to add money on my paypal account not more than 200 USD once in every 2 months..

Please help me..

hello, yes. you are right. i am not able to sent a small amount to another paypal account holder in italy . though i have debit card, and paypal withdaawn two small amounts through my debit card. bank told that they have no problem to release the amount. if anyone knows answer, kindly give your answer.
