I bought a paypal card from walgreens in ionia, mi and want to withdraw my money . How do I do this? WHen I try to put it into my savings account it asks for a check routing number. Can you send me a check? Thank you, Nadine

PayPal does not offer the ability to withdraw to a card - what exactly did you buy?

As for withdrawing, you can see available withdrawal options by clicking on "Withdraw" at the top after logging in.

I bought a greendot card from Walgreens. Deposited into paypal and cannot get it back. I had a $30 greendot card used $15 and have a $15 balance. Thanks

I want to withderaw my $15.07 from my account and have it direct deposited into my savings account. They are asking for  a routing and account number. There is no routing number I only have an account number. What can I do now. Thanks, Nadine Vermilya

GreenDot defines in their user agreement that funds added into PayPal are for purchases only - this means that they should not be withdrawn and must be spent.  As for the routing number, if you do not have one, you'll want to reach out to your bank and request an external ACH transfer routing number.  Your teller should be able to provide this; if not, ask to speak with the processing department.
