hi iam a new user and i make the processing check from 2 days ago and i don't know what shall i do?

how can i buy something from the internet using paypal (ebay,etc........)

Welcome to the boards!

To send a payment with PayPal, just complete the checkout process at your merchants website and select PayPal as your payment method.  There is no need to add funds to your balance in advance - PayPal will debit you directly.

As for the processing check - can you tell us more?  Did you request a check?  Use the Add Funds feature?  Send a payment?
