My account's still limited after I did what they said... MOD help please!!!!

This is the email that I sent to paypal:

Hi,

I talked to a nice young man yesterday afternoon about my paypal account recently being limited. He said that the reason my account was limited because I was a new customer and they wanted to be sure that the customer was satisfied with their item. The item (Unique Transaction ID #xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) was received by them yesterday afternoon as well, as you can see with usps tracking number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx. He said that he would call the buyer to see if they were satisfied with the item. I asked him if it would be ok for me to let them know that they would be recieving a call from paypal asking if they were satisfied with the item. They emailed me back and said that they were satisfied and would even call paypal themselves, which was very generous of them to do. So they called paypal today to say that they were satisfied with it but my account is still limited. I'm thinking that this is just because it takes some time to unlimit my account as you have alot of users to help. I would really like my paypal account account to be unrestricted because I have now talked to 3 different paypal account limitation people that said they would easily be able to unlimit my account as soon as they got in touch with the buyer and they were satisfied with the item.I would also like to add that my account is fully verified with a confirmed bank account, credit card, address, etc.... There is no way that I can see of adding it because of this and find that there was no real reason to limit my account in the first place, although I do understand being a new customer to you that you guys need to make sure that the people that are buying the items are satisfied so you are covered, and the customer WAS SATISFIED, therefore, my account should be unrestricted. If I need to send this email to someone else please let me know, as I will be happy to do so.

I sent this email to multiple paypal email addresses without response. What do I do!!
I need the money in my account to pay bills!! I hope somebody from paypal can help me out with this. When I called (3 seperate times) they each said "no problem, once the person has the item, we'll unrestrict your account" but it hasnt been done yet. Maybe im just being a little bit impatient, I'd be happy with my account being unrestricted in the next 2 weeks even, but right now im getting no help.

 

I had to have a friend post this as well because since my account is limited I cannot post new topics, so the two accounts are different.

 

MOD or somebody (anybody!!!!) please help!!

I'm not sure of Paypal "calling" buyers to see if they are satisfied.  This is what the rep should have told you:

 

Your funds will be put on hold until you show proof of delivery by entering your Delivery Confirmation number into your tracking area on the transaction page of the transaction in question, and/or customer leaves feed back if  your dealing with ebay.

 

Funds will be held up to 21 (but I've seen longer) until one or both of these things happen.

Hi,

Ive been with paypal for 5years did all they asked ......after 6 months they lifted limited, Now after all this time they put limit back account. Im so fed up with them. They act like its there money , And they charge to much come on 3 bucks for every 10 dollars sale that a 1/3. Ive been verified and all and they make the rules as they go, And there isnt much competition in this field so they have us by the balls.

My personal Paypal account is all of a sudden limited for no known reason.  I completed the checklist and checked my account for transactions that I don't recognize, but haven't recieved any response or limit lift from Paypal yet.  I'm starting to get a little frustrated because I don't want to run my personal purchases through my business account. The biggest frustration comes from the little blurb at the bottom of the Resolution Center which states "When all items in the checklist are complete, your account will be restored immediatly".  Oh really?  I completed everything in my checklist two weeks ago and still haven't heard a word.

 

I'm most definitely not happy with Paypals lack of communication on these matters as a lot of people depend on Paypal to complete purchases in a timely and secure manner.  If the timely part is eliminated, what is left?  I've sent multiple messages to the "Contact us" link, and have no recieved a single message or reply back that wasn't automated.

 

If it takes me three months to pay a seller, I may as well send them a money order instead...Paypal will no longer be useful to me.  Way to lose customers by being completely inefficient Paypal.
