Need help providing personal information to Green Dot.

In an effort to verify my PayPal account, I'm trying to provide to Green Dot my personal information(name, address, date of birth, and social security number). Can somebody please give me some instructions on how to do this? I've tried ten different times on Green Dot's site to find the area where I provide my personal information and have had no success. Please, I really need help with this issue. It would be greatly appreciated.

In the Add Funds process, you will be prompted for the needed information, and it will take you through the flow for providing it.

Ok. What do I do if I've already added $250 to my account and when I try to add another $150, I get redirected to a page saying "We were unable to verify the information you provided.  As a result, you may only fund up to $250 on any of your PayPal accounts when using a MoneyPak"? I don't get a prompt or anything. All I get is the page displayed below. Is there any way to fix this issue?

It sounds like you've provided the info and MoneyPak is having trouble confirming it. You can contact them by email or phone. Just click the line that reads "I need help with something else."
